“I was a lifelong State Farm member growing up - probably 15 years I was a loyal customer until about 12 years ago, I was forced to leave State Farm and my local agent due to my insurance rates increasing excessively. I changed to several online carriers who had pretty good customer service but I found it very impersonal and quite frankly not fitting of the way that I prefer to do business. I began researching (as I usually do every year) for a new company as my rates had gone out of control. I was also about to add a new licensed driver (a new 16 year old ugh). Adam's office called me as my name came up on their prospect list. I always get a SF quote but was doubtful that they could help. Adam and his team really sharpened their pencil and worked hard to beat my current quotes with the same amount of coverage plus were able to add additional coverage for another line that I was desperately needing to buy. Needless to say, I bound coverage immediately and moved forward. Adam is an excellent communicator. While at the time of this review, he's a younger person, he came with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. He truly upholds old school business values of relationship building, transparency, and the value of his word. Adam's follow up and communication on items is exactly what you want in your personal business dealings which is a rare and refreshing change from other business owners and professionals. “I have been with Glen at Allstate since he started in Pennington quite a few years ago. He has been providing insurance (homeowner, auto and umbrella) to me and my family through raising kids, car accidents and the like - always good to talk to, always helpful, always reliable. When my daughter totaled her 2004 Corolla last year, he and the entire office was there to advise me about what to do, how to proceed, whether I should put in a claim and what the impact would be. So - Glen gets 5 stars. I've taken off the fifth star overall, however, due to issues largely outside his control - having to do with Allstate policies - once kids have their second accident or a few points on their license, rates go way up, and it makes sense to have them go with other companies. Please note, however, that even though the kids are priced out of Allstate, I continue to insure my house, investments and cars through Glenn and Allstate.”

“Thank you for your feedback in regards to the post about your refund. We would like to take the time to clarify a few things. When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carrier's statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures. Thank you also for your feedback in regards to voicemails. We return voicemails in the order they are received provided adequate information is furnished. Manufactured housing insurance is a very unique field that Jack's specializes in and our clients are extremely important to us. However, in this unique field it can take time for document processing. Thank you for all your feedback as it does help us provide the very best customer service for our clients.”
