“I used Karden Renovations after my friend/neighbor recommended him when I was needing to get the interior of my house painted in preparation for a sale. Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day. Throughout the course of the work there were other small tasks that needed to be done and Avery agreed to handle them and just added the labor and material to the total.
