The staff was very accommodating to get me a room since my parents had already been here for a week I really wanted to be in the same hotel with them. The staff was friendly and catered to our family's unique needs. The rooms were clean and breakfast was a wide variety to suit all diets. We were made to feel very welcome and ultimately were very comfortable.”

“Had to come to Lakeland due to my mother being I'll. What started as a 3-4 day stay turned into 9 days. The employees Howard, Mercedes, and Liberty were so accomidating when we had to keep extending the stay. Even with the hurricane they turned a very emotional, and mental draining time into smiles and well wishes. The rooms were clean and breakfast buffet had something for everyone. They had an outside grill were we took advantage and made some burgers for dinner. This is one place I highly recommend.”

“Pretty good place to stay. The staff was super friendly, everything was awesome. Super clean! The only thing is it is a pet friendly hotel. The customers were hanging out in the hallways with noisy barking dogs at 2 AM. There were way to many customers with dogs, even pitt bulls which I did not like due to the fact I have 2 toddlers who still do not understand to not pet strangers dogs. Breakfast was good can’t complain when it is free! Pool could use a cleaning. The insides are greasy. But over all a great place to stay with excellent prices!!!!”
