Bay Road Animal Hospital

I just moved to the area and had to switch to a closer vet. I am beyond happy with my decision thus far. My cat had her first annual follow up this week and the appointment went great. Staff is all very friendly and is a clean environment. I had some follow up questions and received responses fairly quickly. So far I am very happy!

This was my first visit to Bay Road Animal Hospital and I was very happy with the care my hound dog received. The staff were friendly, and made me feel welcome. Dr. Smith took the time to explain in detail the issues affecting my dog and treatment options. I look forward to taking our other two dogs to Bay Road Animal Hospital in the future.

I cannot praise Dr Tisdale enough. It is an absolute blessing to deal with Veterinarians who truly put their patients first. Opening my emails in the morning to see that my pet’s Dr was working the case well after hours only confirms my belief that my pets are getting THE BEST care available.

Excellent staff from the time we arrived. Dr. Smith was extremely helpful and kind and explained everything about our pets problem. He took the time to prepare the medication we needed and explained how to give it to our pet. Everyone was so helpfully and considerate. The pricing is extremely affordable. We will recommend Dr Smith and his staff to all our friends. They really treat you like family. We thank them so very much .

This visit was our new puppy visit. Dr. Smith and his staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and caring. Dr. Smith took so much time with us, explaining all that was going on, what to expect, etc. We feel lucky we’ve found such a great new caregiver for our new pup! As an aside, Bay Road also put our older, sick dog to sleep back in March. Although these were 2 totally different kinds of visits, again the staff was so very compassionate when we lost Lexie. I highly recommend them for pups, older dogs, AND parents!!
