“Josh and Kayla are amazing coaches and always welcome my wife and I as drop ins when we are in town. We are treated like members even though we only make it down a few times a year. The facility is awesome with an abundance of Echo bikes, rig space and floor space. Lena is about 4 times the size of our CrossFit gym in IL, but it still feels like a family environment. Best gym around, no question about it! We’ll continue to be pseudo-Lena members as long as they’ll have us. 👊🏼👊🏼”
