CrossFit Lena

What an awesome gym! If I didn’t live on the east coast, this would be my home gym. I dropped in on a Saturday with my brother in law to get a workout in back in September. The gym was busy with tons of people and families. It really felt welcoming. The large size and tons of equipment meant we still had space to work. They even had yolks which is the first time I’ve seen them at a CrossFit gym. The owner was super accommodating and you could tell they cared about creating a nice community gym. When I’m back in the area, I plan to stop by again for another good workout.

The workouts are always so fun and perfectly programmed. The coaches here clearly care about their members and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. Whether you’re a games athlete or a beginner, you will be able take so much from this experience. I have been to countless gyms around the country, and this is easily top 2. And it’s not 2.

Love this gym!! The atmosphere is so motivating from the members to the coaches. I will definitely be in every chance I get. (it's also one of the cleanest Crossfit gym I've been too)

Josh and Kayla are amazing coaches and always welcome my wife and I as drop ins when we are in town. We are treated like members even though we only make it down a few times a year. The facility is awesome with an abundance of Echo bikes, rig space and floor space. Lena is about 4 times the size of our CrossFit gym in IL, but it still feels like a family environment. Best gym around, no question about it! We’ll continue to be pseudo-Lena members as long as they’ll have us. 👊🏼👊🏼
