It is a ministry and a family, with a church attached. You know that your tithe money is going to be used to love and help the community rather than on expensive lighting rigs or something like that. And Pastor Dan's messages are challenging and new. NEVER "listen to me 'cause I am the pastor" and ALWAYS "here is a new and different way to think about this topic, decide if it is right for you." Questions are welcome! Broken people are welcome! And DIVERSITY is welcomed including LGBTQ+! If you are sick and tired of the typical toxic evangelical church presentation, then please visit Harvest. I think you will find it to be a breath of fresh air just like we did.”

“My late grandfather, Rev. Charles H. Covey (wife Hazel), was the pastor of this church starting in the summer of 1967. I was 12 years old then and was known as Margie Freeman. I spent the entire summer living with them in the old 3-room parsonage. I knew "Mr. Jasper" Crowley as well as his brother and sister-in-law. Mr. Jasper supplied us with fresh milk every other day. Many fond memories were made that summer. I wrote this review just as a bit of history. My home is now in Port Charlotte.”

“We attended Divine Liturgy here in March 2023 and were impressed by the beauty of the church and its iconography, as well as the choir, which sang in such a way as to support the singing of the congregation as opposed to overwhelming it with overly complex compositions. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. I appreciated the warm welcome of the pastor. There was good food and good conversation in the parish hall afterward. It is located across the parking lot from the church.”

If you want fog machines and an hour of lights and music this isn't a place for you, but if you want to find a Good group of people who support each other through everything, and if you want to follow Jesus and the Word of God, have a few laughs and enjoy the simple things in life... this IS the place for you. We love coming every week and to bible study on Wednesday nights. Church service - 10 am Sunday. Bible study - 7 pm Wednesday Pastor KC is wonderful; he took over for his father years ago. They're also making a lot of improvements to the building and facilities 🙏💕💙😁”

“This church seeks the empowering of the Holy Spirit and believes in the healing power of God. It is small and so it doesn't take too long to get to know most of the people and is very friendly. The worship is exuberant but you don't necessarily have to participate that way. The congregation is roughly half Hispanic and half Caucasian. A Korean Church also meets here. They actually own the building now as we are in the process of building a much larger building.”

“We're thankful to have found this church it was a blessing. We can't wait to get there early Sunday so we can talk to all our new friends! The music and praise team are so good you feel like it's a real treat to be able to participate in this Every Sunday morning. I love it the lyrics, their voices, the guitarist..the drums... The volume is perfect.... And the preacher brings an excellent message no filler...no long boring stories to fill the time...it's a quality Christ centered message I would say targeted to a seasoned Christian, you can grow in your spiritual walk here and mature as a Christian. I learn things, catch phrases to help me on my daily walk and I feel like I have been to church when I leave. The people the praise and the preacher all get 5 stars. They have a 9 am and 1030 am Sunday service and Wednesday is at 9 am also not in the evening. You won't regret visiting here. Fyi it's a born again by faith in the blood of Jesus salvation message which is the only Gospel. ☺️”

“Crossroads church is a light in their community. The music is performed by a solid, tight band with emphasis on lead guitar by Pastor Suter. The music style is primarily rock with blues overtones. The service is typically about 90 minutes long featuring a few lively praise songs, a sermon by Pastor Bob Suter, communion and several closing songs. Occasionally the band will perform secular rock songs that have a family friendly message. Lighting is somewhat darkened but not complete like a concert. Light refreshments are served before and after the service.”
