“I have been with Christina for at least 8 years. She is a purist when it comes to teaching Pilates. She clearly knows classical Pilates and human anatomy. She helps her students work to their potential and appreciates physical limitations or specific goals a student may poses. She is gem I feel fortunate to have found. I was recommended to her from my pilates instructor in Chicago. They had met at one of the many continuing instructional classes Christina attends. “Josh and Kayla are amazing coaches and always welcome my wife and I as drop ins when we are in town. We are treated like members even though we only make it down a few times a year. The facility is awesome with an abundance of Echo bikes, rig space and floor space. Lena is about 4 times the size of our CrossFit gym in IL, but it still feels like a family environment. Best gym around, no question about it! We’ll continue to be pseudo-Lena members as long as they’ll have us. 👊🏼👊🏼”

“Really loved the atmosphere and unique classes that Row House provides. It’s an INCREDIBLE workout and it’s actually fun, yes the f word! It challenges you and motivates you to keep up and push yourself. Your class stats after every session are logged in their system where they email them to you or you can log into the app to check them out. This allows you to continually check your progress and always have a goal to crush your previous stats or stay steady. In addition, the owners and staff were beyond kind and so helpful.
