“My husband and I were in need of a vehicle fast, super fast, after our car was totalled. We looked at a lot of car lots desperately looking to find something. One after another, and another... nothing. This is all in one day mind you. Prices were outrageous or the vehicles were trashed on the inside. We were about to give up when we noticed City Imports on our way home. It was pure luck that we saw them; we had hit the jack pot. The cars are sharp inside and out and the prices are excellent. We ended up with a super nice 2011 Ford Edge; all the whistles and bells, low miles, and just a little over 6k. We new it was perfect the moment we started test driving it, we absolutely knew it was the one when we were told what the payments would be. We've had the vehicle for a few months now and it's still running perfect and we couldn't have found a better deal. Not to mention everyone there was great! Dave was so friendly, professional and he's real; no BS haggling. I would not only recommend City Style Imports, I'd buy there again.”

“I purchased a playground over a month ago and paid to have it installed and sealed. The paperwork says it will be installed in 3-5 business days. They didn't have anyone available for 6. Then they called and delayed it another day. The day it was built the guy didn't have a working sprayer to seal it and said he would come back. They also gave me the wrong swing. It has been two weeks since it was put up and they keep delaying coming to seal it and bring me the correct swing. I requested a discount to keep both swings due to the length of time it took to seal it and bring the swing. They offered me ten dollars off, which is sixty bucks. Meanwhile I found a swing on Amazon that is the same for $37. I understand that sealing it depends on the weather but they said they would send someone out this past Saturday then never called. I called Sunday and they said someone would call but no one did. When I called Monday they said it is scheduled for tomorrow and had no record of scheduling it Saturday. I played almost three grand for a product that has yet to be completed and am very frustrated. Update: the owner reached out to me directly to apologize and explain the communication issues. They are sending someone tomorrow weather permitting and providing the correct swing. We are hoping to use them in the future for additions to our playset which is amazing.”

The people working at H & H and management are very honest, dedicated to customer service, and are very professional in every aspect of business.
