Wayne Summers is highly knowledgeable when it comes to form and mobility as well as what Crossfit should be. The workout always begins with a warm up focusing on the movements we will need for the WOD. Everyday two workouts are listed and when needed, Wayne has no problem changing a movement to best suit each athletes needs. The gym is immaculate and full of so much equipment! He is always improving his facility. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to workout.”

It’s not a place to just come and play, they will learn skills to get better so if that’s what you are looking for this place is great.”
