“Sept 2020 update: I have lived here for 3.5+ years and love this place. Management is very friendly and does a pretty great job overall; I used to have a noisy neighbor and they took care of it. Gary from maintenance is awesome if an issue ever comes up. Great river/city views. Surrounding area is very walkable and has a few cool bars & restaurants but still nicely quiet at the same time.”
