I've been going for a year now and the classes still challenge me, the instructors are upbeat and so positive. The one hour workout is definitely worth your time. “I used Team Fit 45 for two weeks unlimited through their Groupon. I was home from college for two weeks and it was a great way to exercise daily without spending a bunch of time at the gym. The workouts are about 8 stations with weight training and cardio. You work up a great sweat every time. The coaches are awesome. Even though I wasn’t a potential member, they offered me everything they could. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because near the end I had some technical difficulties with their system. You wear a heart rate monitor in the class and sometimes mine didn’t work and also on the app online you sign up for classes and sometimes it wouldn’t let me. Overall it was an excellent experience.”
