“This location is so much better than the one only about a few miles down the road. I know if you are at the other location it is like 10 minutes but believe me it is so worth not having to deal with people that seem to not want to be there. Okay so why was better. First off as you walk through the door I was greeted. Second when the cashier took my order she noticed about the same time I did that the total was not correct. She checked and fixed it. Then she went to the back to make sure the person putting together the order got it right. Then when I ordered water cups she made sure to actually fill the cups with ice and water then bring it to me. After we were done eating she was walking by and noticed we did not finish it all. She then asked if we needed a box and bag to take home leftovers. Who does this at a fast food place anymore? Over and beyond. Either got lucky this day or she was the manager but either way great experience.”

Six of us in the group and all had very good entrees from NY strip steak to grilled chicken salad to a phenomenal hamburger and "road kill." Loved the onion blossom and the cheese/bacon fries. Not as noisy as when have been to other locations (possibly because Sunday night at 2100hrs) but a very inviting atmosphere.Certainly plan to go back again!”

In fact, I think the sub may have been more enjoyable with less sauce or perhaps all of it on the side to be added at the customers discretion. I'll chalk the soggy bread up to the time I came (right before close). Not to say it was bad, but it just seemed rushed. Definitely going back for something new like The Gator.”

“Honestly both confused and surprised at all the 1 star reviews for this location — THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I literally go out of my way to make sure I can get to this location specifically. The staff is always curteous and friendly. They’re funny, professional, and they know me by my order which tells me THEY CARE. To the person who thinks they should just figure out your order even if you don’t use their terminology... how? They’re trained a certain way and if you don’t tell them specifically what you want, they have to try and assume what you want. The only assumption that should be made is that they aren’t mind readers — so tell them what the heck you want! To the person upset by the broken speaker... things break? Quite frankly concerned for you as a human if something breaking is THAT big of a deal for you... I’ve been in retail management for 12 years and this team really has their stuff together. Sometimes the line is slow but has anyone ever thought that maybe it’s the people using the drive through for outrageously long orders? 24 donuts and 6 coffees DOES in fact take some time to pull together. To all the complainers - make your own coffee at home and free up the line for me because I LOVE THIS LOCATION!”
