Nothing is more frustrating than those servers who try to remember your order and it comes out wrong. Ours used the traditional method of pen and paper and we were grateful. Food was hot upon arrival and everyone was pleased with the taste. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely be returning.”

I ordered a supreme, they hooked up the toppings and sent it through the oven twice to make sure the dough was cooked especially with the large portion of toppings they put on it. The pizza was absolutely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Thank you, you guys are awesome. I appreciate the extra little things they do for their customers. “OMG THE BEST PUBLIX EVER. On 04/18/21 My husband and I went into the store it was 845 by the time we left the store it was 2117. Within that time frame let me tell every employee in there was amazing. They made me feel like i was the president walking in. When we arrived, and walk into the store the customer services desk greeted us. As we continued walking we went into the seafood department, and the employee was cleaning, and already had everything put up. Mind you he greeted us, and asked is there anything he can assist us with. My husband was like wanted salmon, but we see you cleaned up already. The guy said with a happy voice ‘no problem i can get some for you how much would you like to have?’ We were blown away. Second, in counter I ask to two ladies employee for assist in facial. Well let me tell you they walk me to the product, and than assist me in picking out the best product for me. On top of that suggested another product to me on another issues i was talking to them about. Wow the best customer service. However, it does not stop there. We into the bakery. i was looking for some almond cones with cream cheese inside. Unable to find it, i asked the employee, who worked in the baker she explained they did not have any more. and told me to call in the morning to see if they have more and they will put some away for me. I told her okay thank you for the suggestion. Walking to the self checking area and completing the last transaction the lady from the bakery came to me in a rush with something in her hand, and saying ma’am I went back and i found the dessert you were looking for. What, I was shocked blown away. My husband was like she went the extra mile. Well let me tell you, after that i had to take my time out my night, and give a shout out to this Publix, You guys rock. That was what you call World class customer service. Thank you.”

Rae-Ann did a wonderful job of scheduling the installs and calling me after to ensure everything went smoothly. All the delivery technicians and installers were respectful, friendly, professional and on time. Such a high level of service is rare in today’s world. My only regret is that I didn't use Milcarsky's to do the remodel of my kitchen. I highly recommend this store and the employees who work there.”
