“I’ve read lots of negative comments about this company and have found in the past that its always easier to pop the balloon, (negative comments), then to blow it up, (positive comments)! So I’d like to take a moment and tell you about my great experience with Heritage Construction and Roofing. I had significant hail damage to my roof and front door after 2 hailstorms . There was inside damage from the leaks through the ceilings of my closet, master bath and bedroom and my laundry room. My insurance company didn’t want to pay the claim, even after several inspections saying I had significant hail damage to my entire roof with the subsequent interior damage. Heritage went the extra mile for me. They finally hired an attorney, at no extra cost to me, who then hired another group which had their own inspectors come out and do an inspection. They were then able to get my insurance company to finally pay the claim after 9 months of negations. Heritage came out and did a great job putting on a new roof, a new front storm door, (which had almost been ripped off the hinges) and next crew came in and repaired all the inside damage, then painted all the damaged ceilings in my home. I want to thank you to Gail, Anthony and Noah for all their persistent due diligence in making sure everything was done well and in a timely manner. After 9 months my house no longer has a tarp on it and looks new outside and inside. Thank you Heritage Construction and Roofing, I’m a very happy customer!”

“Jay the front desk clerk and Norris the helper,were the kindest, most knowledgeable, helpful gentlemen we've ever had the pleasure of meeting as hotel employees! They made us feel more like family than hotel guests 🙂 We had missed our flight and the hotel was convenient to the Sanford Airport. Very clean and comfortable, nice clean pool. And the hot & cold breakfast was another great plus for a great stay! The next mornings desk clerk...well, we had to get to the airport, and didn't have time to keep waiting for her to come back to the front desk, so I just laid the room keys over the desk and left. But other than that, we'd give it a 💯👍”

I was seeking a good mechanic, and Harrell & Beverly came highly recommended by a friend who said he's only taken his cars there for over a decade... "No one else touches my cars" he said. The shop is about an hour away for him and 40 minute drive away for me... There are closer shops, but well worth the drive, in my book to find these guys. There's a definite qualitative difference. “Mark and Co know their stuff really well. They are professional, timely, responsive, guide you throughout the process of selecting the right options, and are very competitively priced. Mark went above and beyond by helping us secure HOA approval (we were the first metal roof installation in our subdivision), as well as working together with our solar contractor to concurrently install the solar laminate panels onto the roof panels. Mark and Co have even manufactured a custom wiring tray in the attic to guide the multitude of solar panel wires neatly around the attic space. The photos attached (while not very clear) do show that you can have a flush solar laminate installation with this type of roof. You get a lot of benefits with the metal roof. After a recent hail that dented cars and blistered asphalt shingles on most roofs, more than half of our subdivision were getting their shingle roofs replaced. I haven't even seen a dent on ours. You also get a sizable home insurance discount due to wind mitigation (metal roofs can withstand 140mph winds). Some are concerned with increased amount of noise with the metal roof. I've had the roof for over 8.5 years now, and there's absolutely no increase in noise levels - even during heavy rains. In winter, when temperatures drop at night, I do hear an occasional squeak up on the roof when the sun goes down - but that's about it). Also, if you have a good shingle roof, the metal roof can be installed right on top of it, resulting in better sound- and heat-proofing. These roofs are supposed to last for many years (think 40-50 vs. 15-20 for an asphalt roof observed durability). I am really impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship by T Mark Roofing, and would undoubtedly hire them to install another roof if we ever move to another house.”
