“Great little park for kids sports. There are Four baseball fields, four batting cages, two tennis courts and one football field / soccer field. There's a couple of picnic tables at public restroom and on game day as Food Shack with decent food. The bleachers for the baseball fields are for the most part covered from the Sun. The tennis courts seem to have been hijacked by one of the "for pay" private instructors almost making the tennis courts feel off limits. My wife was recently run off the court by this instructor saying he has the court all day. To the best of my knowledge this is a public tennis court and as long as you wait your turn you should be able to play. The food shack has snack fare including hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks and snacks. The public restrooms are nothing special but are neither completely disgusting (I only observed the men's restrooms).”

“Beautiful place, short on time so only did the one trail (yellow line) straight out to the river. There are several others, lots of shade and well cleared, marked. The welcome / educational center is terrific friendly & helpful staff with dozens of informative and some are hands on exhibits. Great place for children young or older. Next time planning to bike the entire place.”

“If you want a secluded easy access beach to search for shells and fossils, Guana State Park Beach is it! Just north of St Augustine FL. What a beautful florida east coast beach. Millions of shells and some fossils as well. Parking is across the street but it does have ramps for all to access.”

“Very nice beach. Excellent parking for a small 3.00 fee. Guarded Nature area with several distance trails. We even saw several armadillos in the wild. Bring the dog (on a leash only). There even is the exact 30 degrees x 8 area that was the first landing for Ponce DeLeon to the new world. A must see area.”

“This is my local hiking trail. It’s has several different length options but all are family friendly and easy terrain. Yellow is the shortest and most popular trail, its worth the short walk with gorgeous views and large pieces of drift wood on the beachside. Red is the longest and has a nice picnic bench tucked away from the more popular trails. Blue has an amazing marsh area where we have seen hawks, otters, and even an alligator. Watch out for ticks!”

“Nice park but the bugs are evil. It's on swamp land so the mosquito's are abundant. The fields are great and people are nice. There is a playground for the smaller kids and several baseball fields. If you have the time or are at a tournament, you will not be disappointed.”

“Pheasant Branch Conservancy is a wonderful resource for residents and visitors of Dane county. It's trails and water features can provide you with hours and hours of hiking and exploring. The wildlife is great as well. The Sandhill cranes definitely take advantage of the conservancy space. There are multiple ways to access the conservancy off of and around Hwy M.”

“Awesome place to catch some good photos of birds. Cute little walking trails and hedge maze, and a little park for kids to play on. Only downside is the busy road it's right next too, but still pretty peaceful. Definitely will be coming back.”

“This is REAL FLORIDA camping. Carry your water. CLEAN toilets. No RVs. Beautiful. Beautiful! On a Friday late afternoon, in January, still 5-6 open sites. Great hiking. FL TRAIL, connects to Yearling Trail. Nice hike to Silver Glen Spring for a swim on a warm day. Been camping FL for years. Highly recommend.”
