Ronnie is professional, friendly, and she answers each question and concern we have until she is sure we understand. Requests for special equipment and referrals are taken care of in our presence. She is thorough when going over the lab results with us, commending improvements and cautioning on areas of concern. And although Martin cannot take part in our conversation, he does occasionally come up with a concern or ask to have something explained so he can understand it. With his dementia it can be challenging, but she never ignores him or talks down to him Ronnie is "our" nurse.”
