(January 22, 2020, 10:33 pm)I’ve been with Tmobile almost 14 years. This is the best retail store I have ever been in. The manager and the sales representative were excellent and very professional. I had an issue with my phone and the manager bent over backwards to try and help me. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

(December 24, 2019, 4:05 pm)Highly recommend going into this store if you are in need of a phone, accessories or cell plan conversion. The customer service was impeccable. The day I went in was extremely busy several day before Christmas and all staff were courteous and attentive which is rare when there are so many people needing assistance. I had the pleasure of doing most of my sale purchase with Jerel the manager and I can not praise him enough. I definitely felt he was very calm and aware. He has an amazing team working within this store location. I would rate his store and all staff a 10
(December 13, 2019, 4:46 am)My experience with this T-Mobile store has been overall phenomenal! Due to an emergency situation I went to the store so I can switch my service over from Sprint and upgrade my phone. A representative named Jasper made switching service very painless for me she went over my options and understood my needs. An issue came up with my iPhone bc my storage wasn’t backed up for awhile, I became very disappointed because due to my emergency situation I did not have the resources to back up my iPhone myself at my home. Jasper went above and beyond her role as a T-Mobile representative. She did not give up and she offered to keep the old phone at the store and she will back it up for me while I use my new phone throughout the day and I can come back when it’s done to pick it up. Jasper and T-Mobile has made me feel secure that I was on the right team, a team that was determined to help me at all cost. I’m so proud to be apart of the T-Mobile family and thank you for building this wonderful customer service relationship, we need more people like Jasper in the world!
(July 5, 2019, 3:50 pm)I don’t know what I would have done without Justin and his crew at this location because when I came in I had to set up coverage for me and my two grandchildren Explain to me that there was an incentive going on in the store and they told me all about it and I cannot say enough for Justin he was simply amazing
He explained everything about the transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile and the Sim cards and gave me a beautiful tablet and answered all my questions which were many I came in for the next couple of days to tweak things and then I had to travel from Florida to Chicago and I had forgot the Sim cards which I had already paid for So he contact the store In Vernon Hills Illinois and explained that the Sim cards were already paid for and not to charge Me.
I have never really seen this experience in any telephone carrier because they usually like to rush you and push you but T-Mobile was different and I really appreciate the attention they gave to me and explaining step-by-step what needs to be done If this were rated on a score of 1 to 10 they would all get 10s by far !
