Wonderful!
Brook was my agent and I can’t say enough about how professional, personable, understanding and patient is was during my 4 visits.
She sold me on Verizon ... and she followed up every visit with more useful information and helpful advice.
She is everything a customer service agent should be.
Austin, the store manager, was very helpful as well.
Excellent experience switching from AT&T.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the i Phone 8 Plus. i was very pleased with the phone plan of only $65.00 , i"m really saving a lot with my Go Unlimited 55 plan. I will recommend my friends to purchase their phones at this store.

(September 25, 2019, 3:25 pm)Such great and knowledgeable staff! Anytime I come in with a question, I get it answered immediately and quickly. I wouldn't go to any one else with my issues with my phone. Austin is a fantastic manager with great staff members. I've had Brooke and Patrick help me when I came in and they really helped out!
