TruEar TRULY helped me out in a pinch! My hearing aid quit working, and when I called to ask if they could help me, they said I could come in that same day. Even though I did not buy my hearing aids through them (I purchased them from my home location) they addressed my problem, fixed the minor glitch, and I was happily on my way. They deserve a high rating for customer service even though I officially was not a customer.

I couldn't have come to a better place from Debbie at the front desk, to Shela who worked with me. Shela took her time and made sure everything was wright. It's nice to come to a business with people as friendly as they are. When getting hearing aids it's something you don't everyday. Nice to be put at ease.

I love TruEAR on Healm Way, across from Colony Plaza. I have gotten exceptional service in the year since purchasing my hearing aids, including regular cleanings and my annual visit for re-tuning. Sarah is very skilled and a good listener ;>) who keeps me in tune with all that is going on in The Villages.
