All my questions were always answered (and they were not the easy ones since I have a serious illness), and what is very important -he is listening to the patient. I also would like to specifically note that his nurse Mallory is excellent in conducting a BCG treatment. She makes it as painless as possible which is very important for this uncomfortable procedure. I am very satisfied with the way how I am treated here.”
