The receptionist, Carla Colon, was extremely patient and calm with each person who approached her...even though some were pushy and agitated. The physician's assistant, Dawn, was very personable and encouraging ...she was very supportive regarding treatment and answered questions knowledgeably. When you arrive to your appointment they don't keep you in the waiting room for very long, you barley have time to take a seat before the nurse comes and guides you to a room. It is a very professional service they provide. You actually get one on one time with the doctor. Both the Dr and the nurses make sure you aren't in any need of refills before you leave. They also make sure you have a clear knowledge of your treatment.”
