“I am an RN so I feel I am a pretty good judge of MDs. Top score For Dr. Ugarte. He did a full medical exam including palpation of the abdomen, lymph’s, throat, eyes and ears. Even asked about my life and stressors. Assessment of the the body as a whole aside from areas meant for a GYN. Took a VERY thorough verbal exam. I needed a primary doctor and expected a rushed 5 minute exam and out the door. Dr Ugarte sat and listened to my history and a specific complaint for approximately 20 minutes. Aside from the exam. I appreciated that he has excellent medical knowledge, thinks outside the box and is VERY current with new findings. He has a professional but very pleasant bedside manner. I tried to make a new patient appointment for my husband and he is booked until October 2022. I am definitely not a fan of the medicine practiced in The Villages. I have found few to have the knowledge required for todays healthcare but Ingarte was a true surprise. I only hope he lasts for awhile and doesn’t become disenchanted with how medicine is practiced locally.”

When you arrive to your appointment they don't keep you in the waiting room for very long, you barley have time to take a seat before the nurse comes and guides you to a room. It is a very professional service they provide. You actually get one on one time with the doctor. Both the Dr and the nurses make sure you aren't in any need of refills before you leave. They also make sure you have a clear knowledge of your treatment.”
