“I live 1 miles from a Ford dealership, and I always drive past that dealership from Sanford to Deland to service my cars at Coggin Ford. Most recently, my wife and I ran into some issues with her Dodge Journey. We decided it was time for a new car. I started research online and asked for value of a trade online too. Within a day, the GM Steven gave me a call personally to ask for my business. I stopped in to say hello and get some options. I chatted with sales person Paul, who was amazing. He gave me lots of options and made me feel at home. This continued with the finance manager, Jenn. She and I had a great conversation while we finished my paperwork. I was so impressed with the process and the people involved, I came back three days later to buy a new car for my teenagers to share. This may seem like a small thing, but I am not a person who acts on impulse. This is truly a testament to the men and women at Coggin Deland.”

The communication had been very “normal” and not at all “sales-pitchy”, like I would have expected from a dealer. We found the owner to be very helpful and upfront, honest and fair. The car I purchased has been wonderful. It was fairly priced, based on my research and limited knowledge, and in wonderful condition. He really does a great job of choosing cars at the auction and getting them ready for new owners.
