“Recently visited vision works to find new frames for one of my children and I. Due to a recent surgery and medical reasons a gentle fitting was extremely imperative. The manager Jared warmly welcomed me in and looked around while waiting. Rosa was so absolutely wonderful and helpful. She just went above and beyond taking into consideration the weight of the glasses and if it would be to uncomfortable. She takes into consideration what I was wanting as far frames but very nicely offered suggestions that could ultimately be a much better option for me and my vision needs. So I was already just wowed by her knowledge and attentiveness and she’s just so sweet! You truly can tell she’s passionate about what she does. I was even more blown away when it came to her helping my child who is special needs! Any parent of a special needs child understands that not everyone is always understanding and patient, she got on his level listened to him and helped him. He was determined for something that just wasn’t an option. Really made the whole experience of new glasses the most smoothest ever. She is so good with kiddos and this area really needed that!! “No one has directly mentioned this man in the reviews, so I need to make it known. There was a guy behind the counter named Chris. I think he had a red beard as well (sorry I’m not asking for the dudes last name just for a google review). HE WAS FANTASTIC. He had a genuine, quick, personal interaction with everyone he checked out. He greeted everyone as they came in. He even spoke some Spanish to the couple in front of me. He was trying! In the middle of a pandemic, running the shop alone, with a positive attitude. He deserves recognition.”

“As I sit here reading reviews it just makes me mad! I have been going to Dr Samira for years. I have seen both her and her husband. First of all the whole office is amazing! I have never been treated so nice in an office! Dr Samira is so kind and caring. She truly listens and also realizes that you are a human being. I have not always been complaint with my diabetes and when I was talking to her about it she was not lecturing and demeaning but was human and encouraging. Dr Samira has gotten my diabetes under control by changing my medications to combinations that truly work. I do not detest going to the doctor like I have in the past! I would suggest that anyone who wants a caring doctor to visit this office! You can not go wrong with either one of them. I believe in them so much that when asked as a emergency room nurse about good family doctors I will refer them to my patients. Dont listen to all the negativity! They are amazing! Thank you Dr Samira for all you do!”
