The reviews were great as well so we flew down to drive it home. We worked with Jack and Will and they were super nice and helpful, very friendly and we appreciated the team work they displayed. They have a nice place, charged a fair price and we would give 5 stars except for the fact that we were looking for a vehicle from the south to avoid the rust issues we deal with in NY, and we were disappointed to find a fair amount of surface rust on the frame, something we weren't expecting in a truck with less than 3000 miles.”

He has reasonably priced cars and I found him to be very HONEST about their condition. He allowed me to take the car I was interested in buying to a local mechanic for inspection, which is a big deal for me that shows good character. And then he worked with me on price. I ended up buying a car for my teenage son here, and I will return when my daughter begins driving in the next year or so. I wish there were more used car lots in West Volusia that treated customers like this one does.”

“I bought a 2002 ford explorer from them..frank was very helpful and worked hard to get us the best deal..we did not check the back windows before we bought it..well got home and the windows do not roll down..so I called and they were so helpful and offered to diagnose the issue so my hubby could do the work himself ...also check on when my tags would be in and the woman ( sorry forgot her name) told me it should be here in a day or 2 and that we got a refund check also!!! He went over the service details and he offered a free truck wash that was complimentary. The service I received was referred to as "THE WORKS" . I asked how long the service would take and he replied about 1 hour. Taking my vehicle back to where I purchased it was so convenient because all my information is in their data base. I am confident to take it back to Ford because I know the fluids used in my vehicle are the correct ones as per Ford recommendation. The bottom line is that my truck was ready in 45 minutes. The best part was the price. Compared to the competition Ford has the best price for service through their Quick Lane and you don't need an appointment. The best experience I've ever had anywhere . Friendly and professional people work there. I was so very pleasantly impressed.”
