Very happy and will return. As for the prior reviewer who gave them a scathing 1 star review for a $1 packing charge, this is a business (a local one that we should support) not a charity. Of course they need to charge for their resources. They paid for them (plus tent, salaries, power etc) - why should they give them away for free? Seems like they tried to help you multiple ways - you just didn't want it.”

She protects her landlord's properties and will be more than fair to tenants when they follow the rules and do the right thing. Unfortunately, people generally will write reviews when they have had a perceived BAD experience and those who have POSITIVE experiences rarely take the time to write a POSITIVE. There are three sides to every story. Believe me, I would never refer friends and customers to Jann if these negative reviews she has received were true. There is a high probability that these are people who did not follow the guidelines. 99 percent of her customers have been more than happy with her services and many of her tenants and landlords and referring Realtors and those who refer her, in general, have become her friends and allies. As many customers as Jann has served in her years of property management having so few negative reviews is a testament to her excellent property management skills.”

The ice cream was exactly what I needed on this hot day. I chose the Razzle Dazzle and my husband got the Pistachio, both waffle cones. So good 😋🍦 I also tried the Fat Elvis and it was tasty as well. “The Ocean Walk resort is a great location with many amenities. This unit has fantastic sea views and is very usable, with all the trappings of home. This was our second time staying at this property and it’s excellent for a family trip because of all the swimming pools and the great beach. A lot of other families stay here and the “vibe” is very friendly. We enjoyed our time very much.”

I had an issue when he first was there, and the director fixed the problem right away. Very comforting that they care about the kids so much. “This review is primarily for the play areas. I did get coffee but I can’t recommend it. The indoor play area is open to the public when they are open and it is well maintained and well designed. Lots of padded indoor fun with slides and interactive areas. The outside play area is also open to the public and is a nice play area but it could definitely use some cleaning.”

“We are on our second month of the kid’s boxing program for our 6 year old and absolutely love it! The coaches are wonderful and are so great with the kids and the environment is so friendly and inviting. They do a private one on one for the first class and our son was immediately comfortable with the coach which helped him feel comfortable joining right in with the group class the next day (he can sometimes be shy when joining in with a group of new kids). The classes are helping him with his concentration and discipline learning the different punches and sequences and working on his “moves” at home! Highly recommend :)”
