We arrived at the office after an accident where my Mother in law had knocked out one tooth, had one tooth hanging and cracked two teeth. AND! one of the teeth had gone thru her lip. Plus she could not walk due to injury to her ribs and knee. Needless to say I was anxious. But they're understanding of the conditions surrounding our visit and the polite and caring attitude to both the patient and myself just set the pace and mood to handle the situation. Which they did.
