“Let me start by saying I’ve never owned a Cb before, first time I stopped in at raccoons shop it was really busy and there was over an hour wait so I left and came back, the second time caught him, he was slower which was perfect because I wanted to talk to him and I had a bunch of questions. Raccoon really knows his stuff, he is super helpful very knowledgeable and an absolute professional throughout the whole process. He tuned and peach my radio which is a “Cobra 29LTD Chrome” and he installed my coax and antenna. He then tuned my antenna. In the last week I’ve spoken to people in California, North Carolina, Maryland, New York (skip) and all over Tampa Bay. Would highly recommend raccoon and I will be back, as a lifelong customer. “My experience in this BAM was great. It was my first time going into this particular BAM. I ordered and paid for the books I wanted online. I received a text message and emails that they were ready for pick up. I actually went to pick them up the next day they were ready. The ladies at checkout were very nice. We actually had a nice conversation about the type of books that I purchased. They seemed like avid book readers themselves. They were very genuine. They even suggested some other books that I might like. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with individuals who seem to have the knowledge and "passion" for books. It makes for an even better experience. I'd definitely recommend this BAM.”
