“The owner Anita is kind and welcoming, as are all the instructors and students. I felt at home right from the first, and supported at my very beginner level to participate as I learn. The center has all of the mats, straps, blocks, etc that the students may need for class. There are cubbies for shoes and personal items. The class costs are reasonable, and Anita has several packages to make it easy to attend. I’m delighted to have found the center and have incorporated regular yoga practice into my life as a result.”

I had been searching for some time to find an experienced, professional, and effective reflexology practitioner that works in a relaxing space, and that I want to return to again and again. She takes the time to truly listen, is extremely intuitive, and above all incredibly kind. Simone just on her energy alone, she has an overall calming personalty. My first treatment was amazing and I must say that my feet feel lighter due to increased circulation and reduced inflammation around my ankle joints; just feeling better overall. The karate dojo is awesome and the welcoming atmosphere, complete with entertainment lounge and gaming tables to spare, makes it a no brainer for gaming. The staff has been more than accommodating and tries to give their customers what they want above all. Their board game wall of free to play games is enough to supply hours of fun. And if you're there at the right time and want an extra player, the owner might even stop to join your game if you asked. They survived a pandemic and always keep their space clean and safe. “I came to Luke with a pinched nerve in my lower back from a herniated disk. Every movement I made hurt and I had to stop golfing. Luke clearly explained what was happening to me and told me he would have me moving pain free in 5-10 weeks (which felt impossible to me at the time).
