“Mark and his crew recently painted our South Tampa home. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. We changed our mind on which part of the house to paint what color. He didn't flinch. We changed our mind on what accents to pain. He didn't flinch. At the end when one of the products he used to paint and seal our deck(s) didn't perform to his (and our) expectation, he mixed his own to get the color right. Cannot recommend he and his staff enough. 10/10.”

“Awesome funky store in downtown Jacksonville. It's a huge warehouse with a large outdoor yard filled with supplies. They have a ton of vintage and reclaimed goods. This is the best place in town to find reclaimed wood of all shapes and sizes. They also have a custom woodworking shop where they'll build custom order pieces and they do fantastic work.”

“Frank and his staff went above and beyond for customer service satisfaction. Today was actually my first time going to northern tools. My husband loves northern tool and as the holidays approach I order something for my husband online for christmas( I might add that they are cheapest prices around) and they called me to pick it up item a couple days ago. Well today I decided I have arrands to do and I'll swing by and pick up my order ..long story short I called to see if by chance I could have an associate bring out my order to me in my car cause a had my baby and today happened to be cold and heavy rain...Frank the store manager didn't even hesitate on the phone and said "absolutely, stay in your car and we will bring it out to you" he got my order number and name and was outside with my order less then 5 minutes. Moral of this story is that Frank, the store manager, went above and beyond for the customer and I think that is such a great role model for a leadership postion. It may have seemed simple and small gesture but it ment alot to me because bringing babies/ kids inside stores can sometimes be challenging and on top of it pouring rain..A simple, small gesture can go so far.. I am so grateful for that experience and want to give credit, where credit is due. And for this being my very first experience with northern tool, I will speak nothing but positive feedback about northern tool. Thank you so much Frank”

“Hagan's has a really wide array of items in their store. I've never seen an Ace Hardware with a fishing section, and this one has a pretty good one. Kayaks and paddle boards aren't my thing personally, but they have those as well. The normal hardware store items are all there, easy to find, and reasonably priced. The garden center is surprisingly good. I went there to support my daughter's butterfly raising obsession and it did not disappoint. In all, it's a really interesting store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. Highly recommend.”
