Making appointment was easy...use phone, voicemail, texting, or Google Assistant. They were running a bit late getting to my appointment, but they called and kept me in the loop. Turned out it was only about a half hour delay. Acceptable. Upon arrival went right to work. Knew what they're doing and got it done. He sent Alex, the technician came to my house which is 2,490 sqft and brought life back to my tiles from dirty nasty to sparkly clean. He did an amazing job.
