“This place was absolutely amazing. We did the hour long tour, and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. She was animated and tried to get us into the tour and have as much fun as we could. It was interesting to find out all about the process to make chocolate from cacao and who ate/drank it. At the end, we got chocolate samples ranging from white chocolate all the way to 82% chocolate, as well as a truffle sample. I tried the key lime truffle and it was to die for!!! Afterwards, we got some complimentary hot chocolate(or coffee if you prefer), which was again, phenomenal. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. This was money well spent and I would gladly recommend this place to others.”

“The Maitland Art Center is the best kept secret in Central Florida. A beautiful little gem hidden off the beaten path, the Center is a historic landmark built in 1937 by Andre Smith as an artist colony. It has a wonderful gallery and museum, along with several active studios tucked away in a serene Mayan Art Deco campus. There are great exhibits, art class of all types, and sponsored artists-in-residence. Art classes of all types are offered. It is a perfect location for events - I had my own wedding there.”

“The kids loved it. Very impressive. Lots to do and explore. They have a stem interactive museum and a fabulous outdoor playground with a carosel.”

“We had our son's 5th birthday party at the Schoolhouse Children's Museum today. It was amazing. From scheduling the party to the party itself. Everything was very smooth and well organized. The party room is large, which is not the norm. I love that the whole place has character and used to be a real school house. There are so many great activities to explore here for the kids. The staff helped us bring our party supplies up from the car with a cart and helped us bring them back down. They helped set up and serve food too. Very friendly and accommodating. Part is 2 hours long but the kids can stay and play afterwards in the rest of the museum. The price is better than those other play places that people generally have kids birthday parties at and, believe me, this place beats them all. All said and done, great experience at a place the kids loved and we've been taking my son to since he was 2. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great place for children's events and/or parties. They have a party room with a kitchenette, DJ Booth and small stage. Easily fit 50 people comfortably for a birthday party. Outdoor playground and indoor themed playrooms so kids can use their imagination and play. Friendly staff, on-site parking, not on a main road so its a peaceful location without a lot of traffic.”

“The museum was a wonderful experience. Learn about a lady whom writing were not given much credit until she passed. She never knew how much she met to a community until she died. Keep up the great work in her honor.”

“This is just a matchless park, full of the spirit of the mysterious Japanese culture! Everything from plants to buildings and stone gardens has an authentic look! You feel as if you were somewhere in Japan. Here you can wander along the paths, meditate in a quiet corner of the park on a bench, or simply enjoy the magnificent views! There is a small museum and a shop of Japanese goods here. This is a wonderful place! I strongly advise you to visit Morikami Park!”

“And absolutely astounding place. I think it's a very nominal 10 or $12 per person fee to come to these Gardens. It's money well-spent. My wife and I truly enjoy the walk. She's a gardener. I just like the serenity. If you have a chance when you're in this area, your time would be well invested by stopping here. Not a place I would particularly bring very young children as they would tend to run around.”

“I personally love this sculpture garden and their museum. We went back today to enjoy the museum. We signed up for the free museum tour with a curator and she did a fantastic job explaining not just the life of Polasek and his art, but also other interesting facts related. The garden is one of my favorite spots, with those amazing sculptures in the park with views of the lake. It is small, yet enough for a couple hours visit, and enrich your senses. Highly recommend it”
