“This post office is the best post I have ever been to. Is nothing fancy but the real one unique thing about it, their customer service! Everyone always nice, courteous, professional and they treat everyone like they are a great friend. It amazes me sometimes cuz I won't see them for a while and they will ask me something from a conversation I had a couple months ago with them and how it turned out. They will also advise you on the best way to mail something and always make sure you have exactly what you need. Doing all of this work in a timely manner keeping the line moving. I have been to many many many post offices all over the country and I have never experienced a nicer one. I know this may sound weird raving about postal workers but in my experience I usually feel like I'm intruding in other post offices and find most of their employees kind of rude and pushy. The Belleview branch is truly unique! Kudos to the Belleview branch keep up the good work!!!”

Super clean and sterile workplace. All the technology is new and updated. They even have a TV for your entertainment in the dentist chair. Paid $240 for 3 filling, a cleaning, an x-ray and an exam! “I had excruciating lower back pain that landed me in ORMC Trauma Unit for 3 days. It was recommended by my doctor that I go to physical therapy. I went to Free Motion and my therapist was Matthew Bremer. I honestly didn't think anything was going to help me out of this pain. Matt was professional and is very dedicated to his field. I am now 90% pain free most days and I couldn't be happier. It's been months since I was last there and I still do the simple exercises recommended to me by Matt. I would definitely recommend any of the therapists there from my observation.”

“It's NYE and I never, I mean ever stop at this location for mail because I get mail at home. On this hectic day, Kristen the supervisor at the Merritt Island location made my day!! She responded to my delivery issue (long story with an address change and change of mailbox lock, no keys) in the morning and by the end of the day, had my package given to me at my doorstep. Excellent customer service & family environment I felt when greeted and asked for her when I walked in. I tried not to get my hopes up when she told me "she could call the carrier to see if he's in the area to meet you for the lock change". She came back moments later to tell me "If I left now, the carrier could meet me at the mailbox. Also, the lock was changed already and the keys can stick if you can't open the box." Good stuff!!! Thank you!!! I got home in minutes before the carrier showed up to let me in and to grab the partial box key and my NYE outfit handed to me, in a bag of course! Customer service level is top notch in my opinion. You made my issue easy & relaxed so thank you for your very helpful phone call to the carrier and being there for the locals! “First, Tommy was awesome. Second, it was just my wife and I so he allowed us to bring our dog with us if we could secure her on our lap. The airboat ride itself was very cool, it would be nice if the riding part was longer but the tour would need to be longer for that because you won't want to miss the history. Tommy explains how his family and people came to live in the glades and how their people persevered to gain government recognition of their sovereignty. It's good stuff. “This post office deals with some of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met that live in The Villages, Florida. Each time I am there some old man is trying to yell, puff up their chest and treat the postal works poorly. They respond with polite courteous professional answers to help even the nastiest customer. I'm not sure I would be able to be as nice as they are to these BAD behaving patrons that abuse them on a daily basis. Keep up the good work. I am always happy with the service I receive.”
