“The valet parking makes it nice and convenient with a big family like mine. They were able to seat us on the balcony overlooking the ocean really quick. (Went on Wednesday @530pm). “This was my 2nd visit to this location. I told myself I wouldn't come back after my 1st experience was HORRIBLE. My godson wanted Popeyes and this was the closest location. I'm glad I gave them another chance. You can tell that they are under new management. From the time I pulled up to order, Alyssa was friendly, prompt, and patient. She also convinced me to get the new Mango Lemonade slushy in addition to our meal. My godson and I both loved it! Once I pulled around, Alyssa and the manager Belva assured me that my food would be fresh and it was! My order was correct and hot. Thank you Alyssa and Belva for being kind from the time we pulled up to the drive thru to the time we pulled off. The small time it took you both to be kind made a big impact! We will be back.”

So far ive had the steak bureto , and the barbacoa toco was probably the best street tacos I can remember having, they are pretty fast and you can call ahead so it's ready when you get there. The crust was perfect, the toppings were simple but packed with flavor. The sauce was sweeter than normal but can easily become a family favorite. Nothing was overly sweet and was really focused on letting the meat shine with its smokey flavor. Service was great and the pride of ownership and food quality was on point. “The place is brand new and packed! The ambiance is fun. We ordered the Conch fritters for starters and they were really good, almost,an entree itself as the portion was generous. They tasted like seafood beignets 😜. I would have liked more conch in them. I had a red house wine 1926 that was outstandingly good. For dinner I had the Shrimp Scampi and my friend the Shrimp and Pork grits. The plating was outstanding in both servings. The Shrimp Scampi had zucchini noodles that were at the perfect point of crunchiness BUT the shrimp were scarce and tasted frozen. I expected more flavor on the sauce. My friend's dinner same thing, looked pretty but lots of grits, and little shrimp with the skins on. Service was very good, restrooms were clean, well supplied and fragrant. Overall it was good but they really need to step up their proteins. When I order seafood I expect freshly caught flavor, especially in a shrimping city like Jacksonville. It is a very good start though. Other plates that I saw running around looked just as good. May go back at some point. 😁”
