“This place was Awesome!!! The wait was approximately 45 mins on a sat night. It was well worth the wait. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially outside. Food and service was outstanding. The only thing that concerned me was keeping the condiments outside on the tables in the hot FL sun- vinegar was very warm, as well as the ketchup...... My daughter's gotten sick before from using products, not from here but from other places that do this, we've only found a few places that do this, and I understand it's more work for the servers, definitely easier to keep them out in the table, but for the restaurants that bring them out when needed tend to be better quality condiments.... And we've had no issues of upset bellies. We had the fried fish sandwich and kids chicken fingers with french fries. Both were good.”

“Decided to stop in to take out some Chinese food and read the previous reviews. Good food. We got the large portion and it’s REALLY a lot of food. I’m a big pig so I ate it all, but it could have easily been shared. The Kung Po chicken was good, but it could have been spicier. I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again. “Been wanting to go to this place for a while and yesterday, finally we decided to do it. An unassuming locale in a strip mall, that as soon as you open the door you feel it is going to be special. From the lady hostess (the Mom), to the waiter (the co-owner), to the cook (the owner's wife), to the Jazz players (one of them brother and co-owner), to the crowd (most of them were regulars), you definitely feel the family and friends mood!!! The guest sax player was great...and the house band even better! The food was surprisingly better than expected. And the service was authentic (David, you are great), fast and friendly!!! I told him I was a vegetarian and the owner was super accommodating and made me tacos with veggies inside. They also have a variety of drinks available which were great too. “Went with a fairly large group (12) and we all had a fantastic time. We came early on a Saturday night to have dinner first then to enjoy the dueling piano show. Breakdown of food is: Apps: Shrimp - great breading, good size, perfectly cooked Calamari - sauce was delicious but the pieces were fairly small, not your traditional circle cuts Tuna - 👌👌👌 perfect Food: Eggplant parm - generous portion and lots of pasta. Very good. Mushroom Swiss burger - cooked well and super tasty, good portion of fries French dip - good portion and flavorful Entertainment: The dueling piano players were really fun and entertaining. There’s a mirror where people can buy the spot to write whatever they like and that was the best part of the night. Super amusing. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“TLDR: GO HERE I was hesitant to believe this small place in Shady Hills was really a near 5-star food stop. It's an unassuming little place that has a vibe I would call country diner. I knew something interesting was going on when I found pink salt in the shaker. My wife ordered the BBQ bacon burger, and I got the grilled shrimp. Burger has a handmade patty and was cooked to the requested temp of well-done but stayed juicy. It was well-seasoned and through some miracle the onion rings on the burger stayed crispy through the whole meal, despite sitting in delicious barbecue sauce. The crinkle fries were super crisp and fluffy on the inside. I was served an astounding 16 full size shrimp that were cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. The broccoli was bright green, seasoned, and tender, but still retained a bit of that fresh crispness. I am not sure what the rice was seasoned with, but it was fluffy and delicious. After the meal the owner & chef Cedric came out and chatted with us. He was very friendly and was even nice enough to answer our prodding question regarding the rest of the menu. I now know that they offer hand breaded/battered fish & shrimp. I am very excited to have found this place and will make sure to come back regularly. I would recommend you do as well.”
