“I was happy to discover Caprese Pizza House because it's walking distance from my new home, but I was blown away when I tried the actual pizza! I ordered a Original White, add pepperoni, spinach, and mushrooms. The toppings are nicely balanced to cover all slices. The seasoning is the star of the show though!! I feel like most chain places don't use seasoning anymore except for what's in the sauce. This is so bursting with flavor though! You can taste and see the herbs! Job well done guys...I'll be back!”

The salad was tasty enough, but the gyro meat, pita bread and tzatziki sauce generated a scrumptious ensemble. There was a small bit of potato salad hidden under the salad, which was like finding the golden ticket after eating the candy bar. Nice touch Greek City Cafe…nice touch. Things I would have changed: 1. No beets on my salad 2. Change their Greek dill dressing for an oil/vinegar based dressing. I’m not a big fan of mixing sweet and savory. Beets alone are already sweet and so is their Greek dill dressing (BTW-it’s cream or mayo based dressing). A nice oil and vinegar based dressing would have been fantastic! In summary, if you are in the mood for a great salad with some Greek gyro meat, bring your appetite and stop by Greek City Cafe!”

The tacos were good but a little sparse on the meat and toppings. Good food, but not a good value. This is taco stand splurging. If I was on the north side of Lakeland, I'd consider this place, although El Perico Taqueria (615 W Daughtery Rd) is a better deal. This place has better seating, though, and that red sauce. If you're willing to drive a little further south, or happen to be further south in Lakeland, there are lots of other options (eg, La Michocana in west Lakeland, Taqueria el Burrito in Combee, Tacos el Torito in east Lakeland).”

Rice was hot and cooked just right. Loved the Greek dressing for my Greek salad. Baklava was flaky, nutty and delicious. What a great first visit. I highly recommend.”
