It was well stocked and the patrons were talking to each other and encouraging each other about things in the store. the same people also had good interaction with the staff who may seem to know. The staff was on their game and helped us with setting aside a few items and making sure our discounts processed from our web coupons and took the extra time as though we were the only people in the store. Everything was neat, clean, well organized and well lit.”

“What a great joy April was. Had a problem with my shoes from my old store and April diagnosed the problem, got me into a new pair and promised me the problem would go away and she was right. Paying a little extra to get a good pair of shoes that last is worth it if you compare how many of the cheap ones fall apart in the same duration. “Stopped in the store yesterday, my first in store retail visit. The store was immaculate. Joshua explained the cleaning process so my son could try on glasses. They have a very good plan in place and watched him move items to be cleaned as needed. As a mom safety was my first concern. I was not at all worried to be there. We also bought clothes. We had to take a couple things back today for size exchanges and got to see Ty executing the cleanliness/safety policy. “I had such an amazing experience at David’s Bridal. I thought buying a wedding dress was going to be a hassle and will take me multiple visits to multiple stores, but that wasn’t the case. The minute that I walked into the store I was greeted and welcomed even tho I didn’t have an appointment. All the employees were very friendly. The store was clean and cdc guidelines were followed. Everyone was wearing a mask, sanitizer and gloves were available and practicing social distancing. I felt safe shopping. Constanza was my stylist, she was so amazing, she treated me like she knew me for years, made me feel comfortable, listens to my concerns and help me get my dream dress. I was speechless when I saw the dress , I found it on my first try and it was all thanks to her. The process that I though that was going to be a never ending was the easiest thing about my wedding planning. Clara at alterations treated me like a princess, she made me feel comfortable, took in consideration and answered every question, she was very detail oriented and friendly. I had the best experience and totally recommended them to every bride.”
