They have "open hood" I believe the last weekend of the month, and they revolve inventory with different museums around the country. “The food was wonderful! We can highly recommend the "bowl and roll" combination where one chooses a sushi roll with choice of hibachi bowl. I enjoyed the roll combo meal, which allowed choice of 2 or 3 sushi rolls and was served with soup and salad. Everything was seasoned and prepared perfectly. We are withholding one star for a sticky floor and worn fixtures, but those would definitely not prevent my return. Will choose this restaurant again soon!”

“Wife and I came in Tuesday May 17th 2022 around 8:30am for breakfast. We have been here a couple times and the food is pretty good. I have had the basic breakfast with eggs over medium, bacon, grit and biscuit. I also had the same breakfast another time with sausage. Both were cheap and good. 2 small issues I had the last time we were there: the sausage was very dry and the grits were like soup. I don't understand why people can't make fluffy/thick grits (this is Georgia!). Otherwise the food was good. They made fresh coffee which was excellent. My wife had the steak biscuit once and grits the next time; she liked the steak biscuit but couldn't eat the grits. Food is of good quantity for the price and the staff is always friendly and professional. I'd give a 5 star but the grits have got to be better otherwise I'll have to go to the other diner on the square for my breakfast.”

“Waffle House is getting better lately I've found a couple of different Waffle House where the cook actually knows how to cook scramble "light" eggs instead of scramble "well" eggs. Now if Waffle House would start having some hot sauce that has some flavor instead of just being HOT like Tabasco and start having either Tomato juice or V8 juice. Not everyone likes orange juice”

“We ordered the California steak burger with fries and a Hawaiian sundae. Everything was delicious! Not one complaint about the food. We sprinkled the fries with seasoning and dipped in the spicy jalapeño sauce and the regular sauce and ate the sundae with our food. It was yummy. The only complaint was it’s a little pricey but we will definitely be back!”

“My husband & I drove almost 30min to check this place out and it was so worth it! We had the molcajete and it was absolutely amazing . So full of flavor ! The chicken and meat were so tender. Three types of beans and red/green peppers gave it a real unique flavor that wasn't overpowering. Coleslaw seemed to be perhaps not homemade and somewhat standard. “Wow. Best burrito bowl yet. Lots of extra ingredient choices besides the basics beans, meat, and rice. All was fresh, fast and easy. The chips that come with it are the extra thin type and were very good. I really loved all of their salsas like the habanero and the tomatillo -- and their hottest was flavorful but not crazy hot. The idea of a free salsa bar is genius! I wish they were nearer to Chattanooga, I'd eat there often. But they are an easy diversion when traveling I-75 near Cartersville. Delicious.”

“I wasn't expecting this restaurant to be great, because it looks very basic and almost temporarily set up. Our meals definitely exceeded expectations. We ordered chicken kabob platter and gyro platter. The chicken was tender yet slightly toasted and great flavor, the rice was delicious! The salad was fresh and lemony, and the garlic paste was SO good, just thinking about it makes me want some right now. The only things I could think of that could improve the meal is some fresh naan and some garlicky pickled turnips. Mm! Definitely will be going back to try more menu items. I can't wait to try their baklava. I gave it five stars because: it exceeded my expectations, the guys running the place are very polite and pleasant to interact with, and we need more restaurants like this that offer variety in the land of fried chicken and biscuits.”

“The garlic knots are good! I got the Greek ones that are filled with feta and Kalamata olives, so tasty! We also got a slice of cheese pizza, which was good. Loved the crust! Also got a build your own pasta with bow tie noodles and butter/Parmesan. It's a little plain, but that's generally how "butter noodles" are. I tried the chicken Parmesan sub and was not happy with it, something with the seasoning just didn't agree with me taste wise. It's also a thick cut of chicken, typically it's a nice flat cutlet. That won't stop me from exploring their menu some more. We saw some other things we really want to try. We did take out, order took only 20 minutes, placed the order online.”

“Stopped in with my wife for dinner, our first time visiting a Shoney's. We were pleasantly surprised. I had the buffet and my wife had a fried shrimp dinner. Food was pretty good for a buffet. Portion size for the shrimp dinner was great and the shrimp was good. The real stars here are the employees. Such nice, attentive and welcoming people.
