“Only a 20 min drive on 75N from Kennesaw. Beautiful view on the summit especially at sunset. Nice system of trails to choose from. All trails are under 5 miles unless you connect them. If you were to connect all in a day, you could probably make ten or so miles. Two parking lots on opposite sides and exits. Favorite spot for an impulsive hike and or run. 🥾 🥾🥾”

“We had a fabulous time out on the lake. Weather finally cooperated for our booked excursion. Check in process was smooth and simple. Orientation for the rental was thorough but simple enough to follow step by step. Be sure to have completed the online boating safety course prior to arrival. Map posted of lake for those not as familiar. Clean boat, a-c and generator worked perfect. Paradise Boat rentals located in Park Marina. Plenty of parking for our 9am rental.”

“This was a well marked trail! We went up the boot trail, which I believe was marked with blue. It was labeled moderate but was a more easy as it was uphill, but was dirt and packed with minimal obstacles. The view at the summit was nice with a good photo op! We went down the trail marked strenuous with the Fatman Squeeze. It recommended hiking poles. There was one area with rocks that required some more hands inclusion for traversing. But overall, it was pretty similar to the boot trail. So, more moderate with the inclusion of the rocks. We enjoy it as it had pretty trees and foliage! There was ample parking—very nice gravel lot with a port-o-potty”

“Edit to Add: After speaking with the Practice Manager, Courtney, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. I very much appreciated the thorough investigation of what happened with my dog’s medication - she took an entire day to investigate before reaching out to me. She also made me feel like she was genuinely concerned with the issue and reassured me there would be policy changes to ensure this does not happen again. I’ve worked in customer service for the last 8 years. Mistakes happen. How you handle the mistakes is what matters, and I feel this was handled amazingly. Thank you - we would definitely come back! I want to preface this review by saying we used Bartow Animal Hospital for YEARS before moving down to Marietta and were extremely pleased - 5 pets went to them over the years for vetting & boarding. I do not typically write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. We recently used Bartow for boarding our 2 dogs because our current vet did not have availability. One of our dogs takes medication daily plus had additional medication for an ear infection he was diagnosed with just before boarding. I sent all medication, properly labeled, and discussed it upon drop off. The ear medication was brand new, unopened, applicator not attached. After returning home, the ear medication was still brand new, unopened, applicator not attached. I called to ask what happened. The person that answered the phone said it was marked off as administered, so she also asked the tech who administered it to confirm what happened. The tech stated that there was a dog boarding next to my dog that had the same medicine and that's what was used accidentally. First, what are the odds that a dog next to my dog has the same medicine? Second, what are the odds that same dog was there the entire duration of my dog’s stay to use the same medicine from 11/3-11/8? This is completely unacceptable. I’m glad the other medication my dog takes daily was packaged with his food bags. I fear that if it wasn’t, it would not have been given.”
