Good experience, but definitely a little on the pricey side. Charged $120 an hour plus an hour to come from Kingsland to Folkston which is only 25 minutes. But they took care of the issues.
I called on Monday about my hot water heater not working. They came out and looked at it. I already had a feeling I needed a new one and the confirmed it. They ordered one for me and had it installed by the next day before noon.
Every question I had was answered and they also fixed my low water pressure in my shower. I had previously called another local plumber and they installed a new valve. When that didn’t fix the problem they told me I had to rip out my tub to find the problem. Well it was fixed without ripping anything out! I’m so pleased I called this company!
