I called Cumberland Plumbing and Mr. Pounds was very responsive. The technician, Mike Hubbard came out the next day, did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. I recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbering problem.

We’ve used Cumberland Plumbing multiple times throughout the years, but this week they literally saved us so much stress and money. After discovering a slab leak in our hot water line and calling a million people to repair just the slab leak with no success , we decided to go ahead and repipe the entire house. The crew worked so hard and were extremely polite and didn’t mind answering all of the questions I had throughout the 2 days of work. John worked us into the schedule so we did not have to continuously turn our hot water supply off and on to shower! I could not recommend this company enough!

We've had Cumberland Plumbing out to our home a few times to work with this disastrous plumbing. Each and every visit was an A+ from the quality of the work to the quality of the people. Highly recommend John and his company. I wouldn't be upset if I would see less of them though 🙂

The water line to the toilet broke inside the wall at night. I called Cumberland Plumbing and they told me that they did not have anyone available but call in the morning. In the morning I called back, John was understanding and told me he will get someone out to my house. Once the technicians arrived (didn't catch their names) they immediately told me what they were going to do and proceeded to do it. I expected a big hole in the wall but it was small which I was happy about. My main shut off valve was not working properly and asked if it can be replaced which he definitely did no hesitation. I appreciate the job that they did, I also am very pleased that they made sure I had running water in my house and no leaks before they left! Will definitely used Cumberland Plumbing for all my Plumbing needs! Amazing crew!

We are new to the Georgia area. We had a plumbing issue and Cumberland Plumbing was recommended to us. My husband called on Monday and they arranged an appointment for the next morning.
The plumber, Raheem, arrived a few minutes early. He was so personable and did excellent work. He installed a shut off valve for us, replaced the hot side angle stop in the master bathroom, and reset the toilet in the hall bath. Raheem was efficient, did great work and didn't mind my husband tagging along being "helpful." Add to that, the prices were reasonable. That's a win/win!! Definitely recommend!*****
