“What a great hidden gem. We were motorcycling the back roads, stopped for gas and this guy overheard us talking about getting something to eat. He offered to "carry us over there" - which is southern for follow me! We were not disappointed. Don't let the small "shed like" building scare you off. This place is cooking up authentic Georgia BBQ. I like their twist on the mustard style sauce. I'm.not usually a fan of Georgia mustard based sauce, but Dap's put their own twist on it. Still honors the traditional mustard flavor, but not using the sauce to cover up poor cooking. Their pork was perfectly cooked and fat and grizzle free. A refreshing experience and cool experience that a customer wanted us to have the experience and the owners delivered everything this loyal customer promised. Can't wait to pass this way again.”
