“Food is authentic, well seasoned, tasty and simply delicious. Not Tex-Mex. Service was a little bit slow but because tortillas and some dishes they make them while you wait. Nothing precooked so maybe that’s why it’s slow. Friendly servers. No atmosphere like other restaurants, but 4 stars is so the rating doesn’t go down. Definitely will go back. Definitely recommend. Tacos de carnitas and pupusas are amazingly delicious.”

“My family tried La Ideal for the first time today and everything was excellent! The employees were so sweet and didn't laugh at us when we practiced our Spanish. My kiddos got basic nachos which is nothing exciting ingredient-wise but the ground beef was very flavorful and delicious. I had a Pastor torta and it was so good. My husband had a variety of street tacos and enjoyed them all. We had to try a few of the yummy desserts and were very pleased with those as well. The Tres leches cake was fantastic. I wish I had taken more pictures to share.”

“I shopped here once, and was delighted. The store is super clean, they have very hard to find inventory, and the staff was very friendly, and eager to help when asked. The produce guy was very friendly and helped me find everything that I couldn't find on my own. I haven't been able to find red beans since I moved to Atlanta, but they have them, and the largest selection of dry beans I've seen in years, now I can make a proper Cajun red beans and rice.. I will be coming back.”

“Best restaurant ever! We love the fresh and flavorful food, and enjoy all items on the menu. Everything is priced very reasonably, too. It's a great place for a calm lunch or evening date, and we frequently get take-out, too. If it's the weekend, or evening and no one picks up the phone, keep trying! Sometimes their phone system gets overwhelmed when they are busy. Since Covid Peter and his staff have taken special care to make sure the restaurant space is meticulously clean and that everyone stays masked. They are very cautious and careful to follow all pandemic recommendations and requirements. Call to verify dine-in hours as Covid has made them variable. However, take-out is always available, with the exception of Mondays when they are closed. I highly recommend Thai Ginger. It is hands down our favorite place!”

That being said, ya I waited 5 minutes but food was perfect and hot. Compared to the 30 minutes it would take me to make at home, well worth it. Thank you hardee employees for my food.”

“This race track is one of the busiest ones i have been to, but the staff seems to handle the pace with and smile. Race track has the very best coffee of all the gas stations, in fact I seek them out for their coffee when I am on the road. The offer many great things to eat hot and fresh. In so many ways they beat out the fast food joints of the days gone by! Race track and Speedway must be cousins, because they both do it right....Just no speedway down here in the south.”
