  This experience my family has had looking for our home has been a complete roller coaster. But when you have the right agent, it’s all worth it. Ingrid is amazing, from finding homes that check off all your boxes to dedicating time just for you. She explains everything before action is needed and has the heart of a lion.   I'm so glad that Ingrid was recommended to me by someone else she had helped to find their home. They were certainly right when they said she was awesome. She went above and beyond what I expected of any realtor! I've had pretty good experiences in the past with other realtors, but Ingrid tops them all. She takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel like you're her most important client.

  It was a pleasure having Ingrid sell our home. She will go above and beyond to make sure you experience is smooth as possible. We moved from our home in Georgia to Tennessee. Even though we were 7 hours away, she made us feel like we had a family member right there taking care of everything, we didnt have to worry about anything. We were truly blessed to have picked her. She will walk you through from start to finish and be there at any time you need her. She takes her clients very seriously, unlike a large corporate realtor. Ingrid is our third realtor we have used in our life and the best we have ever worked with. I highly recommend Ingrid to anyone wanting to sell their property, you will not be disappointed.
