Upon my request, they took care of my concerns for my home and two vehicles. Love it when you can call and someone answers the phone. Love it when a business is willing to talk face to face as all businesses should be willing to do. Plus being personable and professional. That’s what I like about Kelly and her staff. So many insurance companies are getting further and further away from directly interacting with their customers but Kelly and her staff still take a very personable and hands on approach with their customers. Like many, for years, I used one of the online insurance companies for my home and auto. Eight years ago, I decided to move my policies to Kelly Scott and Allstate. Since then, I have enjoyed personalized, hands on, and proactive service from Kelly. If there are any discounts to be found, she lets me know. If there is ever an increase, she can tell me why. In the rare occasion we need to file a claim, she and her team walk us through it. I will never go back to a big box online insurance company again.
