(November 17, 2020, 7:52 am)I ordered this product off the internet after reading one of their blog posts. It seemed too good to be true from the videos I watched. The item was shipped in about two days. I used it to unclog a drain that was full of effervescence, meaning the drain that was normally about 2.5" wide was about 1/2" wide due to all of the buildup, this is rock solid buid up. I was going to have to chisel it out and then cut a hole in the ceiling and remove the p trap to clean out what I chiseled out. We poured a bottle of the Zido in the drain and all of the effervescence disappeared, it was like magic. If you have ever tried to remove this from stone or brick you know how difficult it is. I am completely amazed by this product and still shocked at how well it worked and exceeded my expectations
