Steve Cannon - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with State Farm for many years. While all my State Farm offices have been good Steve Cannon is over the top. When I first moved to Georgia I contacted his office and was greeted with a warm welcome and attentive staff.
Recently they are walking me through my insurance needs for Medicare and are very knowledgeable and patient with me.
From the moment you walk in and greeted and talk to an agent you will be very satisfied with your service.

My catalytic converter was stolen and State Farm corporate (not this agency) made a mistake that would had caused a long delay. Marissa at the front desk went above and beyond to expedite my claim and settled it the same day I came into the office. Taylor, the agent who sold me the insurance, helped tailor an insurance plane to my specific needs. I highly recommend this insurance agent.

I can't say enough about the service at Steve Cannon's office. Every single time I need anything they are there for me. They are very kind and professional and quick to help. Here are just a couple of example. I recently visited my son and his wife in Arizona and was driving their brand new car when I got rear-ended by a large plumbing truck. I was very shaken up and after the driver and I exchanged contact and insurance information I didn't know what to do next. I had not been in an accident for years. I sat in the car and called Steve's office just to ask what the next step and the process was. They were so kind, asked me for the driver's insurance info, called that insurance company for me, explained what happened to them, and directly connected me with the insurance agent within minutes. They went above and beyond when they could have just told me to call that company. It meant the world to me in that stressful moment. I have been with Steve for over 20 years, and that is just one small example of the care and concern they show for their clients. I have had many great experiences there. Steve meets with me once a year to go over our policy. At our last meeting he recommended the major systems coverage with my homeowner's policy. I was very skeptical at first but I agreed to add it. Several months later our tankless water heater went out. Replacement was $2,800. This coverage allowed me to call my preferred plumber, get the quote and recommendation of service. I called Steve's office and within just a few days I received a check for $2,300 for the replacement. All I ended up paying was the $500 deductible. We had a new water heater within a day of my first call.
I highly recommend this insurance agency. You won't ever regret hiring them for your insurance needs!
