“We worked with Jim and concept flooring to install flooring for our home. We replaced carpet in some rooms and refinished the wood floors in other areas. They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options. I appreciate the consultative approach. Very happy! Love our new floors so much we’ve avoided adding rugs for a while to enjoy them.”

Ms. Dulce is absolutely fantastic to work with. She made curtains for 8 rooms of my home and they came out better than I had imagined. One pair was two story tall. The process from start to finish was easy and enjoyable and Ms. Dulce helped me to pick out the fabric and design by sharing pictures of her work! “We had Jack and Abbey come to our home to give us a quote on our 35 year old and very tired camelback sofa. They brought swatches for me to look at and I was able to find just the right fabric. I had an idea of what I wanted and they delivered a beautifully updated and finished piece ahead of schedule. They did such a great job, I had them reupholster a chair for me as well.
