Although it helped it complimented my resting. I also started meditation management with Dr. Ward in his office. The 5 years of going treatment at this office was amazing safe and enjoyable as it could be. At tge time I was miserable and like most I was crabby. They were able to help me through it. You should at the least ask their opinion I feel even if you choose another Dr. I have had a bone fusion in my C5/6 and C6/7 a triple after 7 years. This office helped me prolong surgery for 7 years. I get excited when I think of it. God gave me a mind to choose and this was another good choice. I feel everyone can learn from these Dr's even if it be on a professional level.
